Super Soco
The Super Soco TC Max is part of a new generation of light electric motorcycles for urban commuting.
The TC Max, which uses a Gates belt drive system, is the newest and most advanced electric motorcycle from Super Soco, a Chinese eScooter and eMotorcycle brand based in Shanghai. Gates exhibited the TC Max at CIMA, China’s largest motorcycle show, where it was a big hit. With a top speed of 62 miles per hour, 170 N-m of torque at the rear wheel and 5,000 watts of max power, the TC Max is suitable for highway use but is designed for efficient city commuting and in-town use. Electrek says the bike has some “get up and go,” and that the belt driven rear wheel “should keep the ride nice and quiet, so you can enjoy the silence of an electric vehicle without the vicious chain noise.”
Not yet available in the United States as of this writing, the TC Max is being sold in the UK.
